The resort's location was convenient, a short walk to shops and restaurants, yet remained quiet. The staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast had many choices (especially fresh fruit). I enjoyed the pool. It was clean and well-kept.
The gym equipment needs some updating.

The hotel is nestled away from the busy areas, but still near the beach and local attractions. A 7-Eleven store is directly opposite the hotel entrance, very convenient for snacks and drinks.

The room faced the street, and it was noisy. Privacy was poor. I couldn't use the balcony. The reception never tried to change the room after I asked when I checked in.

the air conditioning system was difficult to control. it was either too cold or off. the couch in the room had visible stains. the overall cleanliness was questionable. the room was not very well soundproofed.
